thread, not ink.
that's the difference.
Embroidery uses needle and thread to stitch your logo directly into the fabric. Every color in your design is a separate thread, layered and locked in place with thousands of precise stitches.
The result is a textured, professional finish that won't fade, crack, or peel — even after hundreds of washes. There's a reason embroidery is the go-to for uniforms, corporate polos, and anything that needs to look sharp day after day.
We digitize every logo in-house, converting your artwork into a stitch file that tells our machines exactly where each needle goes. That means we control the quality from file to finish.

if you can wear it,
we can stitch it.
Polos & dress shirts
The most popular embroidery item we do. Left chest logos on polos are the backbone of any uniform program.
Hats & caps
Structured, unstructured, fitted, snapback — we embroider them all. Front, side, and back placements available.
Jackets & outerwear
Quarter-zips, softshells, fleece, windbreakers. Your logo on the chest, sleeve, or back — built to last through every season.
Bags & totes
Duffels, backpacks, lunch bags, tote bags. Embroidered logos turn everyday carry into brand exposure.
T-shirts & sweatshirts
Crewnecks, hoodies, and tees. Embroidery gives casual wear a more polished, elevated look.
Workwear
Carhartt, Dickies, and the other workwear brands your crew already wears. Tough logos for tough jobs.
how embroidery
pricing works.
Embroidery is priced by stitch count — the number of stitches in your digitized logo. A simple design might run 3,000–5,000 stitches. A detailed full-color crest could be 12,000+. More stitches means more thread, more machine time, and a higher per-piece cost.
Per-piece cost: The minimum charge is $7 for up to 7,000 stitch artwork, then $1 for every 1,000 stitches after that. Colorful and monochrome designs are priced the same, and we do the best match of your colors to our extensive library of threads.
First-time logo setup: New designs require a one-time digitizing fee to convert your artwork into a stitch file. This is a setup cost you only pay once — we keep your file on record for all future orders and release it upon request. Once your logo is digitized, reorders skip the setup fee entirely. Just tell us what garments, what sizes, and how many. We pull up your file and get to work.
Volume pricing: The more pieces you order, the lower the per-unit cost. We'll break it down for you in your quote so there are no surprises.

where embroidery
makes the most sense.
Embroidery isn't always the right call — but when it is, nothing else comes close.
Uniforms & workwear
Daily-wear garments that get washed constantly need decoration that can keep up. Embroidery won't fade, peel, or crack — it's built for the long haul. Polos, jackets, and hats are the foundation of most uniform programs we build.
Corporate & professional
When your team is in front of clients, first impressions count. Embroidered logos on polos, quarter-zips, and dress shirts communicate that your company pays attention to detail. It's a subtle upgrade that people notice.
Teams & organizations
Sports teams, booster clubs, church groups, school staff — embroidered gear builds identity. Hats and jackets with your team logo become keepsakes that last for years, not just a season.

We embroider polos, dress shirts, hats, jackets, quarter-zips, hoodies, bags, totes, and workwear brands like Carhartt and Dickies. If it's made of fabric and can be hooped in our machine, we can stitch it. We'll let you know if a specific item has any limitations.
