frequently asked questions

  • Custom Bulk Orders are one-time runs — great for events, giveaways, fundraisers, and launches where you know the quantity upfront.
  • Employee Apparel Programs are ongoing systems that make recurring branded apparel easier for HR and employees, whether that's a virtual store, onboarding kits, or simple made-to-order basics.
  • Branded Merch Stores are customer-facing storefronts used to sell designs to your audience, build brand loyalty, and grow beyond a single logo.

The right fit depends on who's ordering and how often.

Yes. We work with businesses of every size, from solo owners to large companies. Bulk orders have no strict minimum, made-to-order apparel is designed for small teams, and a merch store doesn't require upfront inventory. You don't need to be a large company to have a professional apparel program.

Embroidery is best for uniforms, professional apparel, hats, and anything that needs to hold up through heavy use and repeated washing. DTF printing handles full-color graphics, short runs, and mixed garment types with no minimums. Screen printing has a firm 12-piece minimum per design and is built for larger runs of simple, bold artwork. Not sure which fits? Tell us what you're ordering and we'll point you in the right direction.

Yes. We offer in-house graphic design support including logo cleanup, vector redraws, and production-ready artwork. If you have a rough idea, a low-resolution file, or just a name and a concept, we can work with that. Design services can be added to any order.

Yes. It's common to combine methods within a single order — for example, embroidered logos on the chest with a DTF graphic on the back, or embroidered hats paired with screen printed tees. We'll help you figure out the best method for each location and garment type so the finished product looks intentional, not mixed-up.

Embroidery and DTF printing have no strict minimum — we can do a single piece if needed. Screen printing has a firm 12-piece minimum per design, because each color requires its own screen with a one-time setup fee. The more pieces you order above 12, the lower your per-unit cost becomes.

Vector files are ideal — .ai, .eps, or .pdf with outlined fonts work best for all decoration methods. High-resolution .png files (300 dpi or higher) are also acceptable for DTF printing. If you only have a low-res logo or a file pulled from a website, our design team can redraw it into a production-ready format. Don't let file type stop you from reaching out — we work with what you have.
